At Ash & Ember®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Ash & Ember® boxing to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
