Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For handcrafted furniture pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and specialized white-glove delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ash & Ember® ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
